Youth entrepreneurship

The Green Generation 2020–2030 Strategy places young people at the heart of agricultural development, with the objective of fostering a new generation of young agricultural entrepreneurs. The strategy supports youth employment and self-employment through targeted professional integration and entrepreneurial support.

To achieve this vision, the Green Generation strategy is built around four key pillars:

  • Mobilizing and valorizing one million hectares of collective land, with dedicated access and land development opportunities for young people;
  • Supporting young people in taking over and operating agricultural land;
  • Promoting youth entrepreneurship and the creation of businesses in agricultural, para-agricultural, and digital services;
  • Enhancing training opportunities and creating an enabling environment for sustainable employment.

The Youth Entrepreneurship Program offers structured and tailored support aligned with the needs of young people at every stage of their entrepreneurial journey. The program provides guidance in information sharing, awareness-raising, and project positioning, as well as hands-on support during the pre-creation and business creation phases, particularly in project design and business setup.
Post-creation support is also provided to help young entrepreneurs strengthen their operations, improve performance, and increase business sustainability and survival rates.

The “CHABABAGRI” Youth Entrepreneurship Digital Platform is one of the key entrepreneurial support tools. It provides young people with access to essential technical, administrative, and financial tools and information required to structure and develop their projects.
The platform also offers a dedicated personal space that enables users to track the progress of their applications, while fully digitalizing the program’s monitoring and evaluation process. This digital system allows public administrations to ensure regular follow-up, access performance indicator dashboards, and generate reports.
