Investment Forum in the Date Palm Sector - SIDATTES 2024

On the sidelines of the 13^th edition of the International Date Palm Exhibition (SIDATTES 2024), the ADA, in partnership with ANDZOA, GCAM, and the Association of the International Date Palm Exhibition, organized on Thursday 31^st October 2024 in Erfoud an investment forum under the theme "Investment in the date palm sector, a lever for the emergence of resilient systems to climate change."

The program included two roundtables on two important themes: the first on "investment in oasis areas facing the challenges of climate change", while the second explored "investment opportunities in the date palm sector".

This forum was attended by a large number of actors from both the public and private sectors of the date palm industry and was an opportunity to promote investments, exchange experiences, and develop and enhance the date palm sector within the framework of the implementation of the objectives of the "Génération Green 2020-2030" Strategy in a comprehensive and integrated vision that takes into account the sustainability of oases, the preservation of natural resources, and the strengthening of resilience to climate change.
