Medal ceremony for the fourth edition of the Moroccan Local Products Competition

The Agricultural Development Agency (ADA) organized the medal ceremony for the fourth edition of the Moroccan Local Products Competition. Chaired by the Secretary General of the Department of Agriculture, this ceremony demonstrates the unwavering support of the Ministry of Agriculture for groups producing local products. It also crowns the remarkable efforts made by agricultural cooperatives of local products by promoting them in the eyes of the general public through distinctive prices.

Of the 700 products in competition, representing all regions of the Kingdom, 6 excellence prizes were awarded, namely, jujube honey from the Cooperative Union of Beekeeping Cooperatives of Tadla Azilal of the Beni Mellal-Khénifra Region, the Argan oil from the Amini Cooperative of the Marrakech-Safi Region, tomme de goat cheese from the Ajbane Chefchaouen Cooperative, Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima Region, Mejhoul dates from the Wahat Charradi Cooperative, Drâa-Tafilalet Region, couscous oats from the Sanad Cooperative and olive oil from the Al Karama Fkih Ben Salah Agricultural Cooperative from the Béni Mellal-Khénifra Region.

As for the medals, 256 medals were awarded, including 106 in gold, 76 in silver and 78 in bronze, for different products, in this case honeys, olive oil, olives, Argane. , fruit and vegetable products, couscous, dates, etc.
