SIAM2023: Launch of the first Productive Alliances in Morocco to strengthen producers' access to markets
As part of the implementation of the instructions of the Generation Green 202-2030 strategy, 4 partnership agreements for the establishment of a project of productive alliances were signed on 3rd May 2023, under the presidency of Mr. Mohamed SADIKI, the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fishing, Rural Development and Water and Forests, Mr. Mohamed Sadiki, between MAPMDREF represented by ADA and 4 business partners, namely "Marjane Holding", the company "Nectarome Marrakech", the company "VerdeOrto“ and the company "VMM".
The "Productive Alliance" approach promotes the partnership between a group of producers (cooperative, GIE, ...) and a buyer, with the support of the State through the implementation of business plans developed in order to respond to the requirements of buyers defined in the commercial agreements. The objective for producers is to access more profitable markets with high added value.
